Meredith Smith is a brilliant visionary who has helped the City of Locust with marketing, design and project management. Meredith listens to her customers wants and then is able to design a product that we are proud of. We have used Meredith over the last 5 years and she has designed a new City Logo, designed multiple landmark items including but not limited to our new way finding signs. Two years ago Meredith became our web designer and she produced a website that is second to none.
